Nine Racing Offers Test to Winner of Rotax Grand Nationals

Brownsburg, Indiana (July 9, 2010) — Nine Racing, Inc., nationally known for winning 10 USAC National Midget Series championships with drivers such as Tony Stewart, Kasey Kahne, and Jason Leffler, will offer the winner of the Rotax Senior class at the Rotax Grand Nationals in New Castle, Indiana, July 14 - 17 the opportunity to test in the team’s USAC Focus Midget.

The 50-lap test will provide a unique experience, a professional effort, and valuable track time to the up-and-coming racer who takes victory in the Rotax Senior Final on July 17. The Focus Midget series serves as the perfect first step up from karting into oval track racing, and Nine Racing’s program provides a team with unparalleled history, professionalism, and service levels to drivers aiming to explore their future career path.

Nine Racing Team Owner Steve Lewis said, "The Focus Midget program is a great way for a young driver out of karting to get a true feel about intense, open wheel, short track racing and we are happy to provide this test to the winner of the Rotax Senior category, and introduce our team to the drivers at the Rotax Grand Nationals."

Nine Racing, Inc. team manager Glenn Martin and team driver coach Billy Wease will be on-site during the Rotax Grand Nationals displaying their race car and answering questions about the Nine Racing, Inc. operation, during the July 14–17, event. The 50-lap test will take place at a later date after the event.
